Why is my “My Professionals” section empty?

If your “My Professionals” section is empty, it means you’re not yet connected to a Personal Trainer or Nutritionist using Erakulis PRO.  


Context  

The “My Professionals” area displays all your active connections with fitness or other professionals who use the Erakulis PRO platform. When it appears empty, it simply means that no professional has invited you yet.  


How to connect with a professional  

1. Ask your Personal Trainer or Nutritionist if they already use Erakulis PRO.  

2. If they do, request an invitation. They can send it directly from their professional dashboard.  

3. Once you accept the invitation, your professional will appear automatically in the app under “My Professionals.”  

4. You can then start chatting, exchange files, and receive personalized training or programmes.


Note: At the moment, users cannot search or browse professionals directly within the app. This feature will be available soon.  


Good to know  

• Erakulis PRO for Fitness Coaches is already available.  

• Erakulis PRO for Nutritionists will launch soon.  

• Professionals can send training and nutrition plans directly through Erakulis once connected.
