Open “My Professionals”, select your professional, and use the chat to send messages, images, videos, audio notes, and documents. Replies arrive inside the same private thread.
Context
Chat keeps all communication in one place, alongside your plans and daily calendar. It supports rich media so you and your professional can share feedback quickly.
How it works
1. Open the Erakulis app and tap “My Professionals”.
2. Select the professional you want to message.
3. Tap the chat area, type your message, and tap send.
4. Use the attachment icon to add images, videos, audio notes, or PDFs.
5. You will receive notifications when your professional replies.
Good to know
• For faster responses, keep notifications enabled in your phone settings.
• Use short clips for form checks; your professional can review more easily.
• If media fails to upload, check your internet connection and try again.
