How do I create and save my own recipes for faster logging?

Modified on Wed, 22 Oct at 3:54 PM

Quick Answer

Use the Nutrition card to build a recipe from ingredients, set default portions, save it, and reuse it later with one tap.

Context

Custom recipes streamline logging for meals you prepare often.

How it works

1. Nutrition → Add food → Create recipe

2. Add ingredients and set default quantities

3. Name the recipe and save

4. Select it from your saved recipes when logging

Good to know

• Editing a saved recipe updates future uses

• You can still adjust portions each time you log

• Recipes contribute to macro and micro calculations
