My activation failed or Premium didn’t apply: what should I do?

Quick Answer


Repeat activation from the Wellhub app and ensure you use the same email in Erakulis as in Wellhub. Then sign out and back in to Erakulis to refresh.

Activation relies on eligibility in Wellhub and email matching between both accounts.


How it works


1. Wellhub app → Explore → search “Erakulis” → open and tap Activate again.  

2. Create or sign in to Erakulis with the same Wellhub email.  

3. Sign out and back in to Erakulis to refresh Premium status.

If issues persist, confirm your plan is Starter or higher and the app is available in your country. Contact support@erakulis.com with your Wellhub email.
