Your plan is automatically scheduled in your calendar. Open the app, go to the day you want, and you will see the session planned for that date.

When your professional publishes a plan, sessions are placed on specific days so you always know what to do and when to do it.
How it works
1. Open the Erakulis app and go to your calendar.
2. Select the day you want to train.
3. Open the workout listed for that day.
4. Follow the exercises in video mode or list mode.
5. Mark the workout as Done or Skipped when you finish.
Good to know
• If you do an extra session, log it as an extra workout.
• If you don’t see a plan, ask your professional to confirm it is published and assigned.
• Keep your app updated for the best experience and real-time sync.
