Who handles billing support and refunds for my subscription?

Website purchases: Erakulis support handles billing and refunds. Apple/Google purchases: refunds and billing changes are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

The store you used to subscribe owns the billing system; Erakulis can’t access Apple/Google billing.


How it works


1. Website: contact Erakulis via chat or support@erakulis.com.  

2. Apple: request/cancel/manage through Apple tools and policies. 

3. Google: request/cancel/manage through Google Play tools and policies.
