Open a client in Customers and go to Chat to start a private conversation. You can send text, images, videos, audio notes, and documents.
Context
Direct, private chat is central to Erakulis coaching. It keeps context with each client and supports rapid feedback, accountability, and plan adjustments.
How it works
1. Go to Customers and select a client.
2. Open the Chat tab.
3. Type your message and attach files if needed.
4. Send. Clients receive the message in their app.
5. Mute or unmute chat notifications as needed from the chat header.
Good to know
• All chat is private between you and the client.
• Use short videos or audio notes for form checks or instructions.
• Encourage clients to enable notifications for timely replies.
