How it works
1. On My Day, tap the date to move between days.
2. Past days show logged data and completed sessions.
3. Future days show planned workouts and targets.
4. In Metrics, the same calendar controls daily metric views.
Good to know
• Planned activities may come from your custom plan or your professional.
• You can adjust plans in the Fitness weekly planner (see related).
• Wearable data appears automatically when synced.
