Open Customers, select the client, and use the Profile and Goals sections to review and update personal details, objectives, and constraints. Save to apply changes across plans and tracking.

Keeping profiles and goals up to date improves the quality of plans and communication. It also ensures that progress and recommendations stay aligned with the client’s needs.  



How it works  


1. Go to Customers and select the client.  

2. Profile tab: check personal data, contact info, and key constraints.  

3. Goals tab: define objectives, target dates, and focus areas.  

4. Save your changes.  

5. If goals change mid-cycle, update plans accordingly.

• Notes can capture context you don’t want to lose between cycles.  

• Confirm time zone and units with the client if you coach across regions.
