Context
There are times when you need to pause or end a coaching relationship. Archiving keeps records intact for potential reactivation; removing fully disconnects the client from your PRO workspace.
How it works
1. Open Customers and select the client.
2. Choose Archive to pause coaching while preserving history.
3. Choose Remove or Unlink to fully end the connection.
4. Confirm your choice.
5. The client will no longer receive updated plans from you after removal.
Good to know
• Archived clients can often be reactivated later without re-inviting.
• Removing breaks the connection; the client keeps personal app access but is no longer linked to you.
• Export key notes before removal if you need a local copy for records.
