How it works  


1. Open Customers → select client → Plans → open the target plan.  

2. Choose the week you want to program.  

3. Add workouts to specific days (e.g., Mon: Lower Body Strength).  

4. Drag to reorder or swap workouts as needed.  

5. Edit notes, scaling, or substitutions per day if required.  

6. Save changes. If the plan is published, updates sync to the client app.
