Quick Answer
Open the client profile, create a new plan, set start and end dates (or duration), add general recommendations, and assign workouts by week. Save as draft or publish when ready to deliver.
Context
A fitness plan bundles your weekly programming, recommendations, and structure for a specific period. Clear dates and guidance help the client understand priorities and stay consistent.
How it works
1. Go to Customers and open the client profile.
2. Select Plans and click New Plan.
3. Set start date and end date (or choose a duration).
4. Add general recommendations (coaching notes, safety reminders, priorities).
5. Assign workouts now or later (you can build them in Library → Workouts).
6. Save as Draft to review, or Publish to deliver to the client’s app.
7. After publishing, any updates you make will sync to the client app.
Good to know
• Use clear plan names and cycle labels (e.g., “Hypertrophy Block 1”).
• Keep recommendations concise and action-focused.
• You can duplicate this plan later to roll forward a new cycle.
