Quick Answer
Open an existing plan, use Duplicate (or Copy/Roll Forward), update dates and details, and publish the new cycle.
Context
Rolling forward saves time and preserves progression logic. It lets you build continuity while adapting volume, intensity, or focus.
How it works
1. Open the client profile → Plans → select a past plan.
2. Click Duplicate or Roll Forward.
3. Update plan name, start and end dates, and recommendations.
4. Adjust weekly assignments based on progress and assessments.
5. Save as Draft, then Publish when ready.
Good to know

• Use assessments and weekly compliance to shape progression.
