Quick Answer
Use Draft while you’re still editing, Publish when the plan is ready for the client, and Cancel if you need to stop the plan from continuing.
Context
Plan states help you control what the client sees. Draft is private to you, Publish delivers to the app, and Cancel ends the active cycle.
How it works
1. Create or open a plan in the client’s profile.
2. Save as Draft while building content and scheduling.
3. Click Publish to deliver it to the client’s Erakulis app.
4. If you need to end the plan early, choose Cancel.
5. Confirm your choice; canceled plans stop syncing updates.
Good to know
• You can republish after edits; the client app will update.
• For major changes mid-cycle, consider duplicating and publishing a new plan.
• Keep a naming convention to track draft vs. live versions.
