How it works
1. Library → Workouts → open a workout from Erakulis Library.
2. Click Duplicate or Save as my own.
3. Edit blocks, exercises, or parameters (sets, reps, rest, tempo).
4. Update the name and tags.
5. Save. Your version appears in My Library.

• Keep variant names clear (e.g., “Lower Body Strength – Beginner”).
• Update cues to match your coaching notes.
