How do I clone an Erakulis exercise and customize it for my method (“Save as my own”)?

Modified on Fri, 17 Oct at 5:02 PM

Quick Answer

Open an exercise from the Erakulis Library and choose Save as my own (or Duplicate). Edit name, cues, tags, or media, then save it into your Library.

Context

Cloning saves time and lets you adapt proven templates to your coaching style without starting from scratch.

How it works

1. Library → Exercises → open an Erakulis exercise.

2. Click Save as my own or Duplicate.

3. Edit fields: name, cues, muscles, equipment, tags.

4. Replace or add a demo video if needed.

5. Save. Your customized version appears in My Library.

Good to know

• Keep the original naming convention plus your variation tag (e.g., “(tempo 3-1-1)”).

• Update cues to match your technique standards.

• Use tags so your version is easy to find in the builder.
