What is the Library and how is it organized (assessments, exercises, workouts)?

Quick Answer

The Library is your content hub. It includes Assessments, Exercises, and Workouts—both items you create and Erakulis templates you can copy and customize.

Context

A well-organized Library saves time and ensures consistent quality. Build your own catalog or start from Erakulis examples and adapt them to your method.

How it works

1. Open Library to view sections: Assessments, Exercises, Workouts.

2. My Library: items you created or cloned.

3. Erakulis Library: ready-made items you can duplicate and edit.

4. Use search, tags, and filters to find content quickly.

5. Open any item to preview, edit metadata, or duplicate it.

Good to know

• Name items with a clear convention to find them later.

• Use tags for muscle groups, equipment, level, or goal.

• Keep a “Favorites” set for go-to exercises or templates.
