How do I add or link a video (e.g., YouTube) to an exercise?

Modified on Fri, 17 Oct at 5:04 PM

Quick Answer

Edit the exercise, open the media/video section, and either paste a YouTube link or upload a supported video file. Save to make the video available in the client app.

Context

Short demo videos reduce questions and improve execution quality. Keep clips concise and focused on key coaching cues.

How it works

1. Open Library → Exercises and select an exercise.

2. Edit and go to the media or video field.

3. Paste a YouTube URL or upload a compatible file.

4. Save and preview.

5. Confirm the client can view the video inside their app.

Good to know

• Use landscape orientation and stable framing for form clarity.

• Keep videos short for faster loading.

• Ensure you have rights to use any third-party content you link.
