Open the Fitness card, tap “Create new plan,” answer a short questionnaire (days per week, session duration, current levels, desired types), and generate your plan. Workouts populate your calendar automatically.

How it works
1. Fitness card → “Create new plan.”
2. Choose days per week and preferred session duration.
3. Set your current level by area (cardio, stretch, mobility, core, strength).
4. Select the workout types you want included.
5. Generate the plan; daily workouts appear on your calendar.
Good to know
• You can tweak the week with drag-and-drop.
• Wearables will log completed activity automatically when connected.
• If you have a professional, their plans also appear on your calendar.
