How do I use the Fitness weekly planner to move workouts (drag and drop)?

In the Fitness weekly view, drag a planned session from one day to another to reorganize your week.

How it works  


1. Open the Fitness card and switch to weekly view.  

2. Press and hold a planned session.  

3. Drag it to a new day and release to save.  


Good to know  


• If you’re connected to a professional, your changes are visible to them.  

• Keep overall balance (intensity/recovery) when you reshuffle.  

• You can still add or log extra activity as needed.
