Open the Fitness card for a daily summary (time, steps, calories, activity level) and switch to weekly view to plan or review your sessions.

Daily view keeps you on track today; weekly view helps you see and shape the bigger picture.  



How it works  


1. On My Day, tap the Fitness card.  

2. Daily view: see today’s numbers and session details (planned or completed).  

3. Weekly view: scan your week, open any day for detail, and manage distribution.  


Good to know  


• Wearables can auto-log sessions; manual logs complement them.  

• Planned sessions may come from your custom plan or your professional.  

• You can move sessions between days—see next article.
