How it works
1. Calendar at the top defaults to today; jump to past or future days.
2. Cards show daily summaries for each pillar.
3. The Daily Compass highlights where to focus and what to aim for.
4. Use bottom navigation to switch between My Day, Explore, Metrics, and Professionals.
Good to know
• Card content updates throughout the day as you log or sync data.
• Tap any card for deeper views (daily/weekly, details, trends).
• The centre “+” button lets you log activity, food (AI scan), barcode, or mood.
