How do I chat with my professional in the Professionals tab?

Quick Answer

Tap “Professionals” in the bottom bar to open your private chat with a connected coach. You can send text, images, videos, audio notes, and documents.

Context

The Professionals tab appears once you’re connected to a trainer or nutritionist; it’s a private 1-to-1 conversation.

How it works

1. Tap “Professionals” on the bottom bar.

2. Select your professional to open the chat.

3. Type a message or tap the attachment icon to add media.

4. Send and await replies via notifications.

Good to know

• If you don’t see a professional, ask them to invite you via Erakulis PRO.

• You can connect to more than one professional.

• Keep notifications enabled for quicker responses.
