Open the Wellbeing card and set today’s stress, happiness, and fatigue levels. Erakulis uses these inputs to suggest meditations and relaxation audio for the day.

Daily check-ins keep recommendations responsive to how you feel right now.  



How it works  


1. My Day → Wellbeing card  

2. Adjust today’s stress, happiness, and fatigue  

3. Review suggested meditations or browse the library  

4. Complete a session and track your weekly view  



Good to know  


• The weekly grid shows which days you practiced  

• Mood check-ins also influence your Daily Compass  

• Short sessions fit well between meetings or workouts
