Your daily stress, happiness, and fatigue inputs inform recommended meditations. You can also open the library to choose sessions manually.

How it works  


1. Complete a quick Wellbeing check-in  

2. Review suggested sessions on the Wellbeing card  

3. Or go to Explore → Meditations to browse  

4. Start a session and track your weekly practice
