How is sleep measured in Erakulis and why can results vary?

Modified on Fri, 24 Oct at 2:54 PM

Quick Answer

Erakulis shows time in bed, time asleep, heart rate (min/avg/max), and sleep stages (awake, REM, light, deep) from your wearable or health app. Data appears after your wearable syncs.

Context

Sleep logging is not manual; it requires a connected wearable/health app (Premium). If the wearable syncs late, Erakulis updates once the data arrives.

How it works

1. Wearable/health app records your sleep overnight

2. It syncs to the phone; then Erakulis refreshes in seconds

3. No naps support at this time

Good to know

• Open your wearable/health app first, then open Erakulis

• Variations happen due to different detection methods across devices

• Integrations are Premium; without them, sleep does not appear
