Quick Answer
Go to Settings → Apps & Devices → Apple Health, connect, and allow the categories you want. Erakulis reads data (does not write) and syncs in seconds whenever you open the app.
Context
Integrations require Premium. Data starts importing from the moment you connect Apple Health and depends on your wearable sending data to the phone.
How it works
1. Erakulis → Settings → Apps & Devices → Apple Health
2. Grant permissions per category in Apple Health
3. Erakulis reads: steps, activity time, active/total calories, breathing (min/avg/max), heart rate (min/avg/max), sleep time and stages, in-sleep HR, stress levels
4. Data refreshes in seconds when you open Erakulis
Good to know
• Erakulis reads only; it does not write to HealthKit
• If you have multiple sources, prefer **one** integration for consistency
• To revoke or modify, open Apple Health → Apps → Erakulis and toggle categories
