Context
If you delete your **Erakulis account**, data cannot be recovered. Changing your subscription to Free keeps your data visible.
How it works
1. Revoke in Apple Health/Health Connect or the wearable app
2. Or Erakulis → Settings → Apps & Devices → disconnect
3. Reconnect later to resume syncing
Good to know
• Account deletion: Settings → Account & Security → Delete account (or support@erakulis.com)
• If you delete the account, data won’t be restored later
• Subscription changes do not delete your history
