How do I update my personal info, change email/password, or delete my account?

Update personal info in Settings → Basic Info. Change email/password or delete your account in Settings → Account & Security.  



Context  


Account & Security centralises access management. If you delete your account, your data cannot be recovered.  



How it works  


1. Basic Info: edit personal details  

2. Account & Security: change email and password  

3. Delete account: Settings → Account & Security → Delete account (or support@erakulis.com)  


Good to know  


• Data export isn’t available at this time  

• Deleting the account permanently removes your data  

• Subscription changes do not delete your history
