My wearable data isn’t syncing: what should I try first?

Quick Answer  


Go to Settings → Apps & Devices, disconnect your integration, and reconnect it to force a fresh sync. Then open your wearable/health app and Erakulis again.  



Context  


Erakulis refreshes in seconds when data is available on the phone from your wearable or health hub.  



How it works  


1. Erakulis → Settings → Apps & Devices → disconnect integration  

2. Reconnect the same integration (this forces a new sync)  

3. Open your wearable/health app to ensure it updated  

4. Reopen Erakulis and wait a few seconds  


Good to know  


• Consider a sync “delayed” after ~60 minutes  

• There’s no “Sync now” button; refresh is automatic
