In this video, I walk you through creating a personalized fitness plan for my customer, Francisco. We start by selecting a name and setting a timeline for a six-week plan, incorporating his existing activities, like his weekly hand lighting session. I demonstrate how to easily add workouts from our library and customize them, using copy-paste and drag-and-drop features for efficiency. By the end, I publish the plan, which becomes active for Francisco. In the next episode, we'll explore how customers can view and interact with their fitness plans through the mobile app.
