Quick Answer
Clients can view each workout in video mode or list mode and mark sessions as done, skipped, or add extra sessions. Their actions sync back to your PRO dashboard.
Context
Understanding the client’s view helps you write clearer cues and choose appropriate media. It also clarifies how adherence appears in your Weekly Overview.
How it works
1. In the client app, workouts show exercise names, sets/reps/rest, and notes.
2. Video mode shows short demo clips; list mode focuses on steps and cues.
3. Clients mark a workout as Done or Skipped; they can also log Extra sessions.
4. These statuses update in PRO for your weekly tracking and adjustments.
Good to know
• Use concise notes so both modes remain readable on a phone screen.
• Add short demo videos for complex exercises.
• Encourage clients to log immediately after sessions for accurate data.
