How it works
1. Tap “Metrics” in the bottom navigation.
2. Use the calendar at the top to select a day.
3. Tap a metric card (Breathing, Calories, Heart, Sleep, Stress) for details and weekly views.
Good to know
• Data comes from your inputs or integrations (when enabled).
• Weekly views help you spot consistency and trends.
• If data seems missing, check wearable permissions and connectivity.
